Mobile Grass Seed Harvester available
Bush Heritage Australia supported by The Southern ACT Catchment Group has available a Mobile Grass Seed Harvester to assist environment groups, landholders and managers across the ACT and surrounding regions to harvest native grass seed. This rotating brush style harvester is road registered and is fitted with electric brakes.

Inaugural 'Friends of Mulligans Flat' meeting

Parkcarers of Southern Murrumbidgee - September activity
Meet: Point Hut Crossing carpark at 9am.
Planned activities: Planting trees and shrubs, spreading Themeda seed (Kangaroo Grass) and making clay seed balls.
Please wear suitable clothes and sturdy footwear, and bring water. If you have experience with clay seed balls that would be great.

Head to Parkes for the 2011 NSW Landcare and Catchment Management Forum and the NSW Landcare Awards. Parkes and Districts Landcare will host the 2011 NSW Landcare & Catchment Management Forum in Parkes from the 5-7 September 2011.
2011 Murrumbidgee Regional Landcare Awards
The 2011 Murrumbidgee Regional Landcare Awards, are held every two years, to recognise the achievements of the dedicated people who have committed their time to care for our environment and contribute to sustainable production.
Individuals or groups can nominate themselves or others.
Winners will be announced at the 2011 Murrumbidgee Regional Landcare Awards Presentation and Celebration event to be held in April 2011.
