Wildflower walk on "The Poplars" grassland

Date:
20 Nov 2011 - 9:30am - 11:30am

Queanbeyan Landcare have arranged a short stroll/walk on "The Poplars" grassland this coming Sunday, 20 November,  to view rich native wildflowers and woodlands.  This is private property, however, the Larcombe family has given permission for this.

Welcome those in particular, who can help us identify flowers.  Please pass on to others.

Meet 9.30 am on Lanyon Drive, about 300 metres past Queanbeyan Cemetery, heading towards Hume.  We expect to be finished by 11.30am.

The Poplars is adjacent (across the road) to the Queanbeyan Nature Reserve, key habitat for grassland earless dragon.
