Interpretive Signage at Theodore Grinding Grooves

Primary tabs

On the 6th May, as part of the ACT Heritage Festival,  the SACTCG unveiled our new interpretive sign for the grinding grooves site at Theodore.

Funds for the project were provided through the ACT Heritage Grants.

Ngunawal custodian Wally Bell, who was instrumental in the project, launched the sign to the public.

Hopefully the sign wil help to educate visitors about the wealth of Aboriginal cultural sites across the city, and encourage them to respect the site.
